1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products offered through it. 1.2 Definitions and interpretations can be found in Section 26.
2. Consent
2.1 You represent and warrant that: (a) You are a natural person and at least 18 years of age; (b) You are authorized to enter into a legally binding contract with us; (c) No applicable law or contract prevents you from entering into such a contract. 2.2 We reserve the right to request written documents proving your eligibility to accept these terms. 2.3 You confirm that: (a) You have not been convicted of computer or internet-related crimes; (b) You have not been previously excluded from using the site or purchasing our products. 2.4 We reserve the right to refuse access to the site if deemed necessary or appropriate. 2.5 Placing an order through the site means: (a) You have read and accepted these terms in full; (b) You are making an offer to purchase in accordance with these terms; (c) Order confirmation is based exclusively on these terms; (d) You agree to comply with these terms. 2.6 If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the site or purchase products. 2.7 Explicit consent to these terms is required for: (a) Submitting or entering information on the site; (b) Purchasing a product. 2.8 By using our site or purchasing products, you accept: (a) Our Privacy Policy; (b) Our Acceptable Use Policy (see Section 12). 2.9 We recommend that you keep a copy of these terms for future reference. 2.10 Without acceptance of these terms, no orders or communications are permitted.
3. Personal Use
You confirm that you are using the site exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes and in your own name.
4. Pricing
4.1 Prices on our site include shipping but do not include taxes, customs duties, or other similar fees ("delivered duty unpaid" / DDU). 4.2 The buyer is responsible for all import-related costs (including customs duties and VAT). Products are shipped from a non-EU country (China) and may be subject to additional fees. Please contact our customer service in advance to clarify if customs duties will apply. 4.3 In the event of a pricing error, you will be informed and given the opportunity to re-order at the correct price or cancel the order. 4.4 We are not obligated to honor an order placed at an incorrect price (even after confirmation). 4.5 Price changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders.
5. Orders
5.1 Orders depend on stock availability. If a product is unavailable, you will be informed and receive a refund. 5.2 A contract is considered concluded only after our written confirmation of the order. 5.3 Partial deliveries may occur. 5.4 We reserve the right to remove products or content from the site. 5.5 We may refuse or cancel orders at any time. 5.6 If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.
6. Payment
6.1 You can pay through the payment service providers listed on our site. 6.2 Discount coupons can be used during the payment process. 6.3 Payment data may be shared with our payment service providers. 6.4 We are not a regulated payment provider and are not responsible for provider errors. 6.5 You confirm that: (a) The payment method belongs to you; (b) You are authorized to use any coupon; (c) Sufficient funds are available. 6.6 We are not responsible for the unauthorized use of payment methods by third parties. 6.7 Chargebacks or payment reversals are not permitted. 6.8 You agree to indemnify us for losses resulting from chargebacks.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Delivery is made to the address provided by you. 7.2 An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout. 7.3 We are not responsible for delivery delays. 7.4 Delivery might not be possible in certain locations. 7.5 Risk passes to you at the time of delivery. 7.6 If you are unavailable, a pick-up notification may be left. 7.7 If you refuse delivery, you will bear all return shipping costs. 7.8 Shipment occurs 2–5 days after payment. Standard delivery time: 7–17 business days (max. 4 weeks). 7.9 All customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Cancellation / Modification
8.1 You can cancel or modify the order via email. 8.2 Products already shipped must be returned (see Section 10). 8.3 Refunds before receipt are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
9. Defects and Errors
9.1 Products are standard items, not made to order. 9.2 Product information on the site is provided without warranty. 9.3 Images may vary from the actual products. 9.4 If the product is defective, contact us by email with a photo. 9.5 Returns are made according to Section 10. 9.6 We will inspect returned products upon receipt. 9.7 If the defect is confirmed, you will receive: (a) A replacement product; or (b) A refund, including return shipping costs. 9.9 If no defect is found, no refund will be granted.
10. Returns and Refunds
10.1 Our return policy is part of these terms. 10.2 Withdrawal period: 30 days from receipt. 10.3 Return shipping costs are your responsibility. 10.4 Refunds are only made after the product is received. 10.5 Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact. 10.6 Processing time may vary. 10.7 Refunds will be confirmed by email after inspection. 10.8 Withdrawal is finalized once we have received the returned product. 10.9 Earliest refund for non-received products: after 16 weeks.
11. Coupons and Discount Codes
11.1 Promo codes can be used at checkout. 11.2 Only one coupon per order. 11.3 The remaining balance must be paid via another method. 11.4 Coupons are not refundable in case of return.
12. Acceptable Use
12.1 You are not allowed to use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. 12.2 You are responsible for any damage caused. 12.3 Report any suspicious activity to us. 12.4 All information you provide must be truthful and legal. 12.5 We may request identity verification. 12.6 You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

13.1 Links to third parties are for informational purposes only. 13.2 We are not responsible for third-party content. 13.3 You may link to our homepage, provided it is done in a fair and legal manner. 13.4 Unauthorized links are prohibited. 13.5 Techniques such as framing or deep-linking are not permitted. 13.6 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission.

17.1 We are not responsible for: (a) Third-party content; (b) The accuracy or completeness of our content; (c) Product attributes; (d) Site unavailability; (e) Force majeure. 17.2 No liability for indirect losses or consequential damages. 17.3 Our liability is limited to five times the product price or $1,000 USD. 17.4 Claims must be made within one year. 17.5 No personal liability for our staff. 17.13 Exceptions apply in case of death, personal injury, gross negligence, or legal obligation.
18. Indemnification
18.1 You agree to indemnify us for damages caused by: (a) Breach of contract; (b) Fraud or negligence; (c) Unauthorized use.
19. Force Majeure
19.1 If a force majeure event lasts longer than one week, we may cancel the contract.
20. Amendments
20.1 We may update these terms. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you. 20.2 If you do not agree, you must stop using the site and services.
21. Breach of Terms
21.1 If you breach these terms, we may: (a) Issue a warning; (b) Restrict access; (c) Cancel orders; (d) Refuse payments; (e) Take legal action.
22. Termination
22.1 You may stop using the site at any time. 22.2 We may terminate or restrict access without prior notice.
23. Effect of Termination
23.1 Upon termination, all rights to assistance or compensation cease. 23.3 Clauses regarding liability and indemnification remain valid.
24. General Provisions
24.1 You are not allowed to assign the rights provided in these terms.
